   1 Hi there well the news about the high street multiples dropping the sale of the eight bits to make way for the 16 bit stuff sadens me. All along waht actually started the computing revolution was Clive Sinclairs baby. It mad home computing the way of life that it is today. Who knows if Amstrad had made the super Spectrum waht would of happened. Would we still be doing what we are today?. Well I grew up in the world of sinclair from being the young 16 year old that eagerly went down to the local software shop to see what was out so that I could take it home to play it to now being the dead old 26 year old who wonders what he is still doing with his spectrum. Well let me tell you its been a buddy and more than that a pal to me. Finding out what made it tick has all been part of the fun.
